Autumn has finally arrived, and with it hot drinks, tasty dishes and orange colors. At Catchii we love autumn and would like to bring it indoors to give your home a cozy atmosphere while the wind is blowing outside. 
Fortunately, we have the perfect items to bring into your home.

Colourful Autumn salad

Ingredients 
 
For 4 people 
 
4 cooked beets (cut into wedges) 
1 handful of unroasted walnuts 
splash of maple syrup 
pinch of cinnamon 
pinch of chili flakes 
Sea salt 
150 g salad mix 
50 g pomegranate seeds 
1 (blood) orange (sliced without skins) 
handful of dried cranberries 
100 g soft goat cheese 
 
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Toss the walnuts with the maple syrup, cinnamon, chili and salt. Place the walnuts on a baking tray lined with baking paper and toast them for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally (be careful not to burn them, because then they will become bitter). Remove from the oven and sprinkle with coarse sea salt. At the same time as the walnuts, place the beets cut into wedges and drizzled with olive oil in a baking dish, so that you can roast them for 15 minutes. 
 
Toss all other ingredients together in a large salad bowl. 
Mix 6 tbsp olive oil with 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar and salt and pepper. Finally, pour the dressing over the salad.
